OnesidedCabs is a technology platform that connects customers with independent driver partners and fleet operators for one way cab, outstation taxi, airport transfer, and car rental services across India.
We do not directly provide transportation services. The ride is fulfilled by third-party driver partners.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate booking details such as name, contact number, pickup, and drop-off location.
- Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent ban.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from our support team.
- Cab availability depends on route, timing, and driver acceptance.
- Estimated fares may vary due to tolls, parking, waiting charges, or route changes.
4. Payments & Charges
- Customers agree to pay applicable trip fare, driver allowance (if any), toll, state tax, and parking charges.
- Online payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
- Any extra kms or additional stops may increase the final fare.
5. Cancellation Policy
At OnesidedCabs, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly.
Free Cancellation
Customers can cancel bookings before driver allocation without any cancellation charges.
Cancellation After Driver Allocation
If the booking is cancelled after driver assignment, a cancellation fee may be applicable.
Charges may vary depending on route distance, driver travel time, and trip timing.
No Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at pickup location within reasonable waiting time, the trip may be treated as cancelled and cancellation charges may apply.
Cancellation by Driver / Company
In rare situations like vehicle breakdown or emergency, OnesidedCabs may cancel the booking and provide full refund or alternative cab.

OnesidedCabs follows a transparent refund process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- Booking is cancelled within allowed cancellation period
- Cab service is not provided
- Duplicate payment or technical error occurs
Non-Refundable Situations

- No-show by customer

- Driver partners are independent service providers.
- OnesidedCabs is not responsible for driver behavior, route choice, or vehicle condition.
- However, we strive to onboard verified drivers and maintain service quality.
7. Delays & Service Interruptions
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Vehicle breakdown
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
8. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Provide false information
- Harass drivers or support staff
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to damage website functionality
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including logo, design, text, images, and software is owned or licensed by OnesidedCabs. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
OnesidedCabs shall not be liable for:
- Missed trains/flights due to delays
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Disputes between customer and driver
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
